Changing Your Password in the Client Portal (Client View)
Your clients can quickly and easily update their portal password without any assistance from you or your staff.
Important Note: Clients
can not change their assigned username which also acts as their client ID number. This is a security precaution implemented to protect your client's sensitive treatment data.
The Client Portal
1. Getting started
Once logged in to the portal, your client will simply click the Change Password tab located on their portal profile. This will display the change password form which will ask for their current password, new password, and to re-enter their new password. Once they have completed the form, they will click Save to store their changes and begin using their new password immediately.
