Setting Clinician Retainage Rates
Admins can assign a specific percentage of earnings rate to each clinician in their practice. This rate will be reflected in the Clinician Earnings By Pay Period Report. In this report, admins can view a comprehensive overview of all the clinicians' earnings within a specific date range, including details of stripe charges and refunds.
Important Notes:
- Only administrators have the authority to set the percentage rates, while clinicians are able to view the set rate.
- This option is not applicable to non-clinicians.
1. Getting started
Navigate to the Staff area of therapyzen
2. View the details of the selected staff member
This will bring you to the clinician's profile.
3. Staff Details Setting
Select the Staff Details tab
4. Set Clinician Retainage Rate
Scroll down to the section titled 'Clinician Earnings Percentage Rate' where you can then input the percentage rate.
Note: Only whole numbers can be used when setting the percentage rate.
Clinician View
When clinicians view their profile, they can see their retainage rate in their Staff Details tab. However, they cannot edit this rate.
