Customize Fees for Late Cancellations and No-Show Appointments

Managing your cancellation policy is essential for maintaining a smoothly operating schedule. To ensure you're compensated for late cancellations or no-show appointments, you can easily set up custom fees.


1. Getting started

Click Settings in the main navigation menu to get to the scheduling area.

2. Scheduling settings

Locate and click the Scheduling tab.

3. Set your Late Cancel & No Show Fee

Appointments marked as 'Late Cancel' or 'No Show' will be charged the default service fee. You have two additional choices: imposing a fixed fee for cancellations/no-shows or applying a percentage based on the total service cost. Select an option and then input the amount/percentage.

4. Save your changes

Be sure to save changes in order to implement your policy and fees.

5. Check in your clients

Should your client be marked as a "late cancel" or "no-show" during check-in,  the pre-assigned fee will reflect on the check-in screen.  


6. Billing & Invoicing

Following the check-in process, the fee will seamlessly appear within the section dedicated to services awaiting invoicing. 

Upon the creation of the invoice, an automated notation will be added, informing that a no-show/late cancel fee has been applied.
