Use 3rd Party Telehealth Link

Although Therapzen offers HIPAA compliant telehealth services, you may decide to use a 3rd party telehealth service instead.  To have your 3rd party telehealth meeting link sent to clients by Therapyzen, use the Telehealth Meeting Link field found in your Virtual Office Location setup.

1. Getting started...

Start by creating a Virtual Office Location so you can enter your 3rd party telehealth link.  Navigate to Settings > Scheduling > Office Locations.

2. Create a virtual office location

Click the Add Location button to create a new virtual office location.  Click the Virtual Location radio button to designate the office for video meetings.

3. Enter your 3rd party telehealth information

Enter your 3rd party video service link in the field labeled: "Telehealth Meeting Link."  This will ensure that your link is placed in appointment reminders and in the portal so your client may join your scheduled telehealth meetings.
