Cancel Telehealth Services
Cancelling telehealth services will not affect your standard EHR subscription for therapyzen.
Cancellation Details
| Permissions | Only a therapyzen user with role of Owner/Admin can cancel telehealth services |
| Access | Telehealth services will be disabled immediately upon cancellation |
| Billing | You will be billed immediately for any additional minutes you have accumulated for the current month. |
| Existing Telehealth Appointments | Any existing telehealth appointments will convert to standard in-person appointments upon cancellation. |
| Re-subscribing | Re-subscribing to telehealth services will create a new telehealth subscription. You will receive a new 2000 minutes and be charged $9.99 at the end of the billing cycle (plus any additional minutes if applicable) Note: Unused minutes from a previous subscription will not be carried forward. |
Cancelling your telehealth subscription
- Navigate to Settings > Manage My Subscription and locate the Telehealth Subscription Details widget
- Click the Disable Telehealth button to display the cancellation confirmation form. Click Proceed with Cancellation to finalize your cancellation of telehealth services.
