Managing Your Practice Details

Set important system information about your practice in the Settings area of TherapyZen. Some of these settings include items such as your practice name, license information, practice email address, practice phone, mailing address, billing address and cancellation policy.


Setting your practice details

Click on " Settings" within the navigation menu. If not already selected, click on the "My Practice" tab. Edit/Fill in all appropriate information. Click "Save Changes"

Note:

Information contained within this form are used throughout the system and therefore should be completely filled out and accurate. It will be used in part to provide details to invoices (such as the practice licensing & mailing address) and for the email notification system.
