Printing the Completed Client Intake
TherapyZen will notify you when a client has completed their intake forms. All completed intake forms are consolidated into a single document for easy viewing and printing from the client profile.
Completed intake documents are only accessible by Clinicians and Non-Clinician Admins. Non-Clinician Admins should be required to sign a confidentiality agreement or B.A.A to have access to personal health information (P.H.I.) that might be contained in client intake documents.
1. Notification of intake wizard completion
You will receive a system notification as well as an email notification of completed intake forms.

2. Viewing and printing the completed client intake
To view or print a client's completed intake documents, go their client profile. Locate the Client Portal Widget at the bottom of the client profile. Here you will find a link to View/Print the completed client intake.
3. Review and print the client intake
Once you have reviewed the intake, you may choose to print it. The intake is served as a single document formatted for easy readability.
4. Printing the complete client intake in the client portal
Your clients will also have access to their completed intake forms in the client portal. Upon completion, they can view and print the intake documents at their own convenience.
