Write Off Report (Billing)
View a detailed report of all write offs for your practice. Each record in this report contains the following information:
Permissions
Administrators will see write offs for all clinicians within the practice. A clinician will only see their own write offs when viewing this report.
Report Columns
- Invoice Number
- Client Name
- Write Off Date
- Write Off Amount
- Write Off Reason
- Clinician Name
All reports can be exported to Excel or PDF

Filter your results by invoice number, client, date, amount, reason, or clinician
