Customize Emails
There are many automated emails that therapyzen will send out on your behalf to your clients and staff. Add your own customized messaging to the followig outgoing emails sent by therapyzen:

New Client Welcome |
This is the email your clients receive when their account is created. It invites them to take advantage of the client portal and also complete their intake if applicable. You can also send this email manually from their client profile. |
Appointment Reminders | This email contains all the details of your client's upcoming appointment. |
New Staff Welcome | This is the email your fellow staff members receive when their account is created in therapyzen. It invites them to join your practice's therapyzen account and prompts them to begin the onboarding process. |
1. Getting Started
To customize system emails, navigate to Settings > Messaging
2. Select one of the editable email templates to customize.
Click the 'Customize' button to open the email template editor window.
3. Customize the email template
While previewing the selected email template, click the Customize button to display the email editor. Any custom messaging added will be placed in the area titled [[Custom Section]].
4. Preview your changes and save.
After adding your custom messaging, click the Preview button to view your modified email template and click save to exit.
