Color code appointments and events

Categorize your appointments and events by applying an accent color.  The accent color will display on the appointment or event on the calendar and also on the dashboard.  Every practice may have their own color system, this feature provides the flexibility to let you decide how to categorize your appointments and events.


1. Getting Started

While creating an appointment or event, locate the Accent Color picker on the new appointment or event form.

2. Select a color for your appointment

3. Save your appointment

 Your selected color will now show in the appointment on your calendar.

4. See appointment color during check-in

5. How to clear the color from your appointment or event.

Edit the appointment or event and click the Clear button to remove the color.   Save your changes.
