Inviting Staff to Calendar Events
Being able to include your team in calendar events is a crucial component to working together. Use the calendar to schedule team meetings, holidays, and any other type of event that involves more than one staff member.
Getting Started
Navigate to the main scheduling calendar of TherapyZen
2. Create your calendar event
Double click the desired day to create your new event. When the New Appointment/Event form loads, select the Event radio button located at the top.
3. Invite staff to your event
Click the 'Invite Staff' dropdown to see a list of all your fellow staff members. Then click the names of those you would like to include in your event.
4. View your event and who plans on attending
Once saved, your event will now appear in the "Upcoming Events" section of the Therapyzen homepage. Each staff member will have the ability respond to your invite by selecting one of the following responses:
- Accept: This status will turn the circle next to their photo Green
- Tentative: This status will turn the circle next to their photo Yellow
- Decline: This status will turn the circle next to their photo Red
- No Response: This status will turn the circle next to their photo Grey
