Unlocking a Signed Note

A signed note can be unlocked by an Administrator to make corrections or edits.  An unlocked note must be signed again after edits have been completed.  Unlocking a note is recorded in the system audit trail.

1. Navigate to the signed note 

Therapy notes are always located in the Notes tab of a client profile.

2. Unlock a signed note 

Click the Unlock button to remove the clinician's signature and enable editing.
