Print a Note or Treatment Plan

To print a therapy note or treatment plan, follow these simple steps.

1. Navigate to your client's notes tab.

2. Locate the print button at the bottom of each note or treatment plan.

3. Click to print.

Your browser will let you select a local or network printer. You may also select a PDF option if your browser provides one.

Important Note:

As you are creating/editing a note, if the page is inactive for at least 60 seconds it will automatically save the document. For this reason, you should never sign the document until after you have verified all the information is accurate.
