Sync Your Appointments with Google, Apple or Outlook
Sync your Therapyzen appointments to your Google, Apple or Outlook calendars. Once synced, your Therapyzen appointments will appear in your external calendar tools.
Important Note:
Appointment sync is 'one-directional' meaning that appointments can be created in Therapyzen and will sync to Google, Apple or Outlook, however, you can not create appointments in those external tools and have them sync back into Therapyzen.1. Getting Started
Go to your Therapyzen profile by clicking My Profile under your account profile icon.
2. Find the My Profile Tab
Once your profile page loads, you'll be shown your Appointment Availability tab. Navigate to the My Profile tab.
3. Find the 3rd Party Calendar Sync Widget
Sync To Google Calendar
1. Choose Google Calendar for Sync
When the Sync Your Appointments page loads, Google Calendar Sync will be selected by default. Click Sync Now button to display the Google Sync page.
2. Copy your Therapyzen Url to Google Calendar
Copy your Therapyzen URL provided under My Calendar URL in the 3rd Party Calendar Sync widget and open your Google calendar. Once you have Google calendar opened, follow the remaining steps to paste your Therapyzen url into the appropriate form in Google calendar. Once complete, your sync will begin. Allow up to 60 minutes for your initial sync to take place.
2a. Click the plus sign in your Google calendar sidebar to add a new calendar to Google.
2b. Select the option to import a calendar by using a URL.
2c. Paste your Therapyzen calendar URL into the box provided and click 'Add Calendar'.

Sync to Apple iCal
1. Copy your Therapyzen Url to Apple iCalendar
Copy your Therapyzen URL provided under My Calendar URL in the 3rd Party Calendar Sync widget and open your Apple iCalendar. Once you have iCalendar opened, follow the remaining steps to paste your Therapyzen url into the appropriate form in iCalendar. Once complete, your sync will begin. Allow up to 60 minutes for your initial sync to take place.
Sync to Outlook
1. Copy your Therapyzen Url to Outlook
Copy your TherapyZen URL provided provided under My Calendar URL in the 3rd Party Calendar Sync widget and open your Outlook Calendar. Once you have Outlook opened, follow the remaining steps to paste your Therapyzen url into the appropriate form. Once complete, your sync will begin. Allow up to 60 minutes for your initial sync to take place.
