View Your Audit Trail

Every staff member in TherapyZen has an audit trail to ensure that all actions to client records are tracked and recorded for Hipaa Compliance. Clinicians may view their own audit trail and administrators can view staff audit trails.

1. Getting started

Click the Profile Icon in the header of TherapyZen to navigate to your staff record.

2. Audit trail

Locate and click the Audit Trail tab on your profile to view all activity in your audit trail.

3. View changed values

The audit includes valuable information for each change that was made to a client record.
