Appointment History Report

View a detailed report of all your client appointments.  Locate any specific appointment that took place in your practice. Each record in this report contains the following information:

Report Columns

• Appointment Date
• Client Name
• Appointment Status
• Service Type
• Service Rate
• Appointment Duration
• Staff Member
• Appointment Check-In Notes
• Signed Note for the Appointment (Yes/No)

All reports can be exported to Excel or PDF
